🛡️More Control Over Your Do Not Contact List
We’ve made it easier to keep your Do Not Contact (DNC) list accurate and up to date with more self-service control and improved company recognition.
✨ What's New
Improved Company Recognition 🌎
Landbase now also checks the email domain in DNC against the company website domain, helping us recognize DNC companies more accurately.
For this matching to work, the email domain in DNC must match the company’s website domain
💡 Tip: Add company website domains directly to DNC for better recognition. Otherwise, make sure you use email enrichment when working with Dialer or LinkedIn so Landbase has the data needed to identify the company correctly.
Delete DNC Entries 🧹
If your relationship with a contact or company changes, you can now remove DNC entries yourself (individually or in bulk) and add them back later if needed.
Important: Contacts who opted out themselves cannot be removed from DNC, protecting their opt-out preference.
